Are you looking for a warm, friendly environment with lots of support? Broad Management is a real estate investment and management firm with residential properties throughout the United States. We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a multi-family residential property in the St. Louis MO area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet prospective residents
• Provide tours and promote attractive features / amenities
• Explain rental rates and income qualifications for a conventional community
• Record visitor traffic and leasing status into the database, follow up with prospects after viewing units or submitting applications
• Process applications, prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
• Take ownership of marketing the property thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in multifamily residential property management
• Apartment leasing experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, friendly, outgoing and display a positive upbeat attitude
• Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
